As sort of a side project during my internship, I was given the opportunity to redesign Prott's main navigation screen. Following their 3 principles of Simple, Fun, and Easy to Use, I incorporated multiple tabs for filtered results, prototype previews inside devices, and eye-catching hover states.
Refreshing Goodpatch's Email Templates
Goodpatch has 2 in-house products called Prott and Balto. My task for this project was to create email templates for these products so that our marketing team can send out different types of emails based on the user. While keeping consistency among the 2 distinct products was tough, I had an amazing time diving into the world of email designs.
Prott's New Settings Page
Prott's settings page had an issue where users were confused where certain configurations were inside the different tabs. My job was to reorganize the different components inside the tabs and reduce the amount of mistakes a user makes. This new page can be viewed live by going into your Prott account's settings page.
Sample Project for Prott's Onboarding
With many competitors like InVision and Marvel, Prott was in need of a simple onboarding process to grab new users. I was in charge of creating a sample project so that users can learn the capabilties of Prott just by interacting with the app. Upon release, this feature was able to increase the user creation to project creation rate by 9%.
For my Mobile App Design class, I designed and prototyped an OS called Chameleon. The whole concept was to ensure effortless interactions by contextually simplifying what users do. I specifically worked on the Calendar and Messages app so feel free to take a look at the final work here.
Shack: Your new hub for home management
Shack was a group project that I worked on in order to create a better way to manage houses. It helps connect landlord to tenant and roommate to roommate.
